How Do I care for my Pocket Bots?
Pocket Bots are very easy to look after. If soaked, nappies can be washed at 30 or 40 degrees, else at 60 degrees (to ensure bacteria is killed). They do not have to be separated from other washing as the colours will not run. Do NOT use fabric conditioners as these coat the fabric and reduce its absorbancy.
You can tumble-dry your Pocket Bots. However, this shouldn't be necessary as they dry very quickly.
What inserts should I use for my Pocket Bots?
Pocket Bots are designed to work with most brands of inserts. We feel you should have a choice so we don't make our own. We recommend bamboo and/or microterry for absorbancy and softness. An option sucessfully used by a number of customers is the UK-made Easy Peasy 6-layer hemp insert (£2 each available from Nappy Central). For extra absorbancy use with a microterry cloth folded on top (you cannot beat M&S microfibre cloths - only 99p each!)
Help! Why are my Pocket Bots leaking?
Pocket Bots are only as absorbant as the inserts you use with them! There are many possible causes of leaking. Do contact us for advice if you are having problems - we really do want to help you get the most from your Pocket Bots!
Pocket Bots are made here in the UK (in coastal Devon to be precise!). We try to source our fabrics from the UK too whenever possible to avoid unneccessary airmiles. No exploitative working practices are involved in producing your Pocket Bots (though sometimes grumpy 9 year olds are asked to help with the packing!).
How long will my order of Pocket Bots take?
If you order custom Pocket Bots they might take
a couple of weeks, depending on how many you want, how busy we are and
fabric stock levels. If it is going to take longer we will, of course,
inform you in advance. If you are in a rush then you may consider choosing
from our in stock range.
If you are unhappy with your Pocket Bots for any reason we will be happy to accept them back for exchange or a full refund as long as they are unused and unwashed. The most common reason for exchanges is due to ordering the wrong size. All measurements are displayed here and if in doubt do contact us to help.
All UK and EU (airmail) P+P is £2.00 regardless of order size. We often use recycled packaging to reduce waste - we hope you don't mind!

Can I get Pocket Bots anywhere else?
We currently do not sell in shops as we want to keep the costs down. Apart from this website we also have some items on ebay (username is cottontotsuk).
